Activity Director

Job Description:

Plans and implements activities (therapeutic and purposeful) for all Residents in accordance with Federal, State and facility requirements.
Completes, in writing, a comprehensive assessment of each Resident’s past and present leisure interests, physical, psychosocial and activity-related needs. Completes required documentation in health record in accordance with Federal, State and facility requirements.
Develops care plans based on assessed interests and preferences of each Resident, adapted to current level of functioning.
Attends and actively participates in care plan meetings, and other IDT meetings as needed.
Maintains timely progress notes specific to Residents’ activity plans in health records. Notes will be
written at least quarterly – more often if necessary.
Completes M.D.S. assessment and annual assessment note in a timely manner.
Directs the Activity Program as printed and posted. Provides supervision for Residents during
programs. This may be accomplished through assigning responsibility to a qualified individual.
Assists Residents in personalizing their rooms.

AR/Office Manager

Job Functions:

Assist in implementing the day-to-day functions of the accounting department, Implement written policies and procedures that govern the accounting functions of the facility, Assist in standardizing the methods in which work will be accomplished, Process and verify payment of invoices on a timely basis, Verify remittance advices, checks and journals for the accuracy of each report, Prepare monthly totals of accounts payable, cash disbursements, etc., as may be directed, Record payments received to appropriate cash receipts journal, Post payments received to appropriate resident account, Verify accuracy of daily deposit ticket with cash receipts journal, Monitor and collect accounts receivables. Report delinquent accounts to the Accountant/Director of Finance/Administrator, Assist in balancing accounts receivable by verifying computer printouts, etc., Prepare and mail statements, reconciling bank statements, other duties as assigned.

Dietary Aide

The primary purpose of your job position is to provide assistance in all food functions as directed/instructed and in accordance with established food policies and procedures.

Food Service: Serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance, Assist in serving meals as necessary and on a timely basis, Serve food in accordance with established portion control procedures, Assist in daily or scheduled cleaning duties, in accordance with established policies and procedures, Clean work tables, meat blocks, refrigerators/freezers, Sweep and mop floors as directed, Carry soiled utensils, etc., to wash area, Return clean utensils to proper storage areas, Wash and clean utensils as directed, Carry out garbage and keep work areas clean, dry and free of hazardous equipment, supplies, Set up meal trays, food carts, dining room, etc., as instructed, Assist cook in preparing meals, Distribute and collect menus as necessary, Obtain food supplies for next meal, Assist in checking diet trays before distribution, Deliver food carts, trays, etc., to designated areas, Serve food in dining room as instructed, Perform dishwashing/cleaning procedures. Assure that utensils, etc., are readily available for next meal, Remove food trays from carts, dining rooms, etc., and take to dishwashing area, Prepare and deliver snacks, etc., as instructed.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant with Mountain View Manor, you will perform hands-on nursing care with an emphasis on daily care needs and personal hygiene.


  • Monitor the health conditions of individuals served, ensure quality services provided
  • Provide assistance and/or supervision to individuals in the areas of daily living, personal care, and community and social integration.

  • High School diploma or G.E.D.
  • Completion of a CNA certificate program; current CNA certification issued by Arizona

  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS), CPR
  • Ability to effectively communicate with staff, residents, and families
